Based in London, I offer the option of either face-to-face or online short-term and long-term one-to-one counselling to adults across the UK.

 

My London-based offices are conveniently located in Canary Wharf (E14) and London Bridge (SE1), both easily accessible via public transport.

Therapy sessions typically run for 50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis at the same time each week.
